We are currently seeking a Security Customer Enablement Analyst to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Austin, TX or Hopkinton, MA or Remote. The ideal candidate will be a recently graduated college student working with a portfolio of Policies, Standards and Procedures that provides the foundation for safe practices which encourage a global security culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with Security Customer Services/Sales Enablement team to respond to all potential and existing Dell Technologies customer who request information about our Security practices
* Assist with research, analyzation, and documentation of internal security processes based on our portfolio of Policies, Standards, Procedure and Controls
* Assist with writing and maintaining accurate security summaries of IT and Security practices
* Respond to internal account managers who manage the customer relationships

Essential Requirements

* Familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIST Cyber, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, EU GDPR, PCI and Cyber Essentials framework
* 3+ years of Corporate Security Policies, Standards and Procedure experience
* Expert use of Microsoft Office (Work, PPT, Excel and Outlook)
* Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Knowledge and understanding of writing, editing, coordinating, and publishing sensitive documentation
