- Social Collaboration Services Program Product Manager for Business Innovation would be responsible for successful execution of this program:

Clearly understand and communicate program details
Strategize the program execution
o Identify and resolve underlying business systems processes

Ordering systems

Delivery systems

o Support initial 50 customers.

Collect feedback

Triage issues and enhancements

o Influence R&D, QA, UX, PD and Support to resolve critical and important issues in timely manner to ensure the success of SCS Program

- Product Manager for Platform and Business Innovation

o Fully master and be an expert in ALL apps delivered with Business Innovation role

o Create and deliver pocket demos.

o Form a Customer Advisory Board

o Ensure that Platform and Business Innovation supports collaboration strategy and business objectives for Small and Medium business

o Understand market and competitive products

o Create, manage and execute 3 year business plan

o Collect and prioritize customer feedback

o Create, manage and communicate use cases, best practices and requirements

o Ensure that distributed development teams deliver needed capabilities

o Validate Product Technical readiness for launch

o Enable technical sales teams create all needed product documentation and content, positioning, best practices, etc. Update all relevant content with each product upgrade, what is new, demo kits, publish blogs, etc.

- Define Leader

o Define is a critical responsibility needed to clearly communicate SOLIDWORKS business objectives and their impact onto DS products and portfolios. It is also linked to the Brand and Sales objectives and strategy to sell 3DEXPERIENCE and SOLIDWORKS Desktop products through various channels.

o Responsibilities include ensuring that new product packaging evolves over time to the optimal structure, and maintaining existing products and sales portfolios. It also includes involvement in 3DEXPERIENCE launch process driven by DS HQ focused on providing the business content in timely manner (BFS, ID Cards, Value Synthesis, etc ).

o Work with other organizations (MARKETING, R&D, etc ) to ensure that right people are aware (clear communication) and involved in this process.

o Compliance to DS release process is managed by Define leader

o Manage packaging of all currently released products in the SOLIDWORKS and any related reference and/or custom portfolio

o Work with PM team to present to ALL DS Define leaders, OTC team, Brand representatives, R&D Ops, etc. SOLIDWORKS plans and product to be delivered.

o Document and Communicate Packaging information to SOLIDWORKS, PSC, Marketing, Product Introduction and the whole Product Launch ECO System in synchronization with individual Product Managers.

Key Success Factors

Bachelors Degree - Technical - Electrical/Electromechanical

8 - 10 years of similar experience; technical reference of the user experience in this market segment
