Relationship Management role in the Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries Northeast Banking Group, focused on Sports and Media client coverage. The primary functions are to 1) generate new business opportunities, 2) manage existing client relationships and 3) represent our Northeast Region banking practice in New York City.. The Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries group is part of Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase and focuses on companies typically with revenues of over $500mm which require traditional banking services in addition to investment banking products. Specific responsibilities and required skills are listed below.. *Primary Responsibilities**. + Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for abroad range of financial products and services. + Manage complex, multi-product client relationships asthe primary relationship manager. + Coordinate the sales and service efforts of multipleinternal business partners. + Proactively market clients and prospects; representCCBSI's South Banking Group in the local banking and business communities anddevelop a network of referral sources. + Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis,structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit requests. + Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with clientsand prospects to generate ongoing corporate finance, treasury services and creditopportunities. + Strictly comply with all regulatory and JMPC rules,policies, and procedures. *Qualifications**. + Minimum of 7 years' experience as an outstandingClient/Relationship Manager selling corporate finance or commercial bankingproducts and services. + Knowledge and experience in Corporate Banking orInvestment Banking is preferred. + Strong leadership abilities in financial servicessales and business development. + Solid credit, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent oral and written communications abilities. + Knowledge of credit, corporate finance, treasury,investment banking, and other bankingproducts; preferably with execution experience. + Self-motivated, dependable and intelligent. + Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with astrong performance track record. + Completion of a recognized bank credit trainingprogram or investment banking training program. + Possess (or obtain within three months of hire) FINRASeries 79 and 63 securities licenses. + Experience covering Sports or Media industry clientspreferred.
