L'accolade is currently seeking talented and experienced line cooks to join their tight knit team. L'accolade is a new natural wine bar and bistro located in the West Village. The cuisine is mainly French-American with a focus on local and seasonal sourcing. Ideal canidates should have strong work ethics and values while having a passion for food and cooking.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience
* Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly, and constantly improve
* Ability to manage a station from prep to service
* Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with attention to detail
* Punctuality is key!
* A strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills
* Team-work ethics
*Full time with weekend availability
