Responsible for the daily Owner/Operations of McDonald's Franchises to: ? Improve sales, monitor marketing and promotion implementation, ? Ensure company meets or exceeds the franchise goals as set by McDonald's Corporation, ? Promote customer service, monitor customer complaints and assure response is completed, ? Ensure employees know the rules and proper procedures and monitor disciplinary actions, ? Maintain and improve present site facilities and assist with the acquisition of new sites, ? Assess condition of all restaurant equipment, prevent equipment failures and expedite repairs, ? Monitors health inspections and required laboratory testing ? Assures correct licenses are on sites. ? Supervises the preparations for Corporate visits ? Improve the company's overall comparison ratings, ? Train new managers and to operate stores within McDonald's standards. ? Works with General Managers and HR to respond to unemployment requests, assure compliance with Department of Labor regulations and proper record keeping. ? Reports to Director of Operations any problems within the organization on a daily basis. ? Provides suggestions to improve operations, reduce expenditures, store conditions and employee morale. ? Reviews P&L's with Director of Operations monthly and provides reports of expenditures necessary to maintain consistent operations of McDonald's.
Applicant must have at least 3 years experience as a Supervisor with a major fast food franchise (McDonald's restaurant preferred). The applicant will report directly to Director of Operations.
