Who You'll Work With
You will be based in either our New Jersey, New York, or Waltham, MA office and will be a part of our Financial Services Lab team.
The work of our Financial Services Lab encompasses overall strategies and specific solutions for consumer banking and wholesale business; advanced analytics and client segments; organizational issues; performance improvement; and mergers and alliances. We also undertake work on client issues in marketing, risk management, branding and customer relationship management.
What You'll Do
Using best practices in data-driven user-centric design, you will develop the user interfaces and flows for the custom software tools that will be implemented directly within our client organizations.
As a core member of integrated agile teams consisting of back-end and front-end engineers, data scientists and subject matter experts, you will design and execute all user research efforts via workshops, end user interviews, and concept sprints. You will then communicate and convey your design ideas and concepts to the integrated agile team using a variety of methods (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, user stories, etc.). Additionally, you will validate your research and designs through usability testing and work with the integrated agile team to ensure successful implementation of your design efforts.

The software you will help design will cover customer acquisition and retention, pricing, fraud detection, customer service, credit monitoring, geospatial optimization, and more for forward-thinking financial services.
