In the role of Finance Analyst, FP&A, you will work cross functionally with Finance and Business Leadership to deliver financial forecasting, planning and analysis to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business partners in business reviews, operating rhythms (monthly and quarterly closes), and FP&A related interactions
  • Partner with Business and Finance Leaders to complete planning and forecasting processes. Proactively identify, communicate risks & opportunities in all financial measurements
  • Drive standardization of financial reporting and partner with the FP&A data analytics hub to create streamlined, real-time and actionable reporting dashboards
  • Provide financial modeling to properly evaluate strategic business decisions
  • Independently deliver ad-hoc analysis on existing business performance to improve company performance
  • Other tasks as directed by Finance and Business Leadership
  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance
  • 2-3 years of finance experience, preferably in a Financial Leadership Development Program
  • Strong analytical & financial modeling skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational and market drivers
  • Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects etc. Microsoft Suite of product knowledge required.
