This position works under the culinary direction of a corporate Executive Chef and oversees the execution of menu items at one location.
We are seeking someone with strong culinary skills and the ability to lead the restaurants BOH team in a high-volume environment.
Candidates should have: -at least 3 years prior management experience -previous Executive Chef experience strongly preferred
-at least 1 year experience in a Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine role required
-experience working in a steakhouse -strong leadership skills and the ability to manage employees in a high-volume environment
