responsibilities:

As a Business Lending Document Administrator, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the loan closing process. This includes interacting with the sales team and business partners on a daily basis. Completing various due diligence tasks such collecting insurance, conducting UCC searches and property title reviews. The Document Administrator also prepares loan documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, to facilitate closings with the client and to ensure lien perfection. Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel, line partners and clients to ensure world-class documentation accuracy. This role is an ideal \"entry-level to intermediate\" role into the commercial lending business. Lots of potential for growth.

Required skills:

- College Degree or equivalent experience with commercial credit.

- Strong customer service skills - demonstrated history of employing excellent communication skills both written and oral in a previous job.

- Demonstrated ability professionally to handle multiple tasks while balancing the need for both quality and efficiency in a fast paced metric-centric environment is a necessity

- Professional history of being able to suggest approaches to meet Client needs rather than relying strictly on procedures.

- Must be able to navigate and toggle through various computer systems.

- Must have used Microsoft Word and Excel in prior employment

Desired skills:

Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principals is desired.

Para legal experience is helpful

Banking Center sales and service experience is helpful - experience with meeting monthly performance metrics (productivity and quality)
