Sodexo has an opportunity for a General Manager 6 at Bentley University in Waltham, MA. Bentley University is a long standing partner of Sodexo. The unit manages resident dining, catering, and retail operations on campus. The General Manager will have full financial responsibility for the unit and will oversee 140 union employees. As a General Manager, you will direct and participate in all daily operations for the university dining hall, retail, and catering in a fast-paced and dynamic account.
The General Manager oversees overall service operations, works with unit financials, directs customer interaction and management of Sodexo hourly associates. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through exceptional food and delivery of services.
5+ years of leadership experience
Financial acumen; experience with budget and report management.
The ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service/client relations skills.
Experience with Sodexo systems is preferred.
