Coordinate services (Recreation Therapy, Recovery Education, Vocational Rehabilitation and Living Skills) for adult patients on an Admissions Unit or Extended Long Term Rehab Unit. Provide comprehensive Rehabilitation services for adult psychiatric patients ages 18-64 in the Long Term Unit or Admissions Unit. This is to include assessment, treatment planning, program development and implementation, and serving as the Resource Coordinator on an Admissions Unit or Long Term Rehab Unit treatment team.Minimum Qualifications
