Responsibilities: ? Develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures and control systems in order to support WK's review of purchase orders, write up of statement of works, follow up on services rendered, benefit vs. cost analysis around contracts, alignment of terms and conditions with expected service delivery and value expected as well as risk mitigation ? Provide input and feedback to Finance leadership regarding spend analysis by vendor, geographies, type of spend, functional areas. Identify opportunities to collaborate with corporate procurement to realize savings and spend/vendor rationalization ? Identify, develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity ? Negotiate contracts on behalf of business partners: Terms, Conditions, Pricing. Involve Corporate Procurement as necessary and judicious. Collaborate with Corporate Procurement to ensure proper leverage of WK's spend in the market ? Manage RFQ/RFP processes: establish a policy and procedure, drive process from beginning to end ? Manage key spend categories including IT, Marketing and Market Data, software licenses, hardware/telecom, and professional service agreements ? Manage IT contracts including service level agreements, SOWs, consulting agreements, and software license agreements Qualifications Education ? BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, other relevant field or equivalent experience Experience: ? 10 years' experience of progressively increasing responsibilities in cost management, cost control, spend rationalization ? Hands-on role that requires as much reporting and analyzing spend data as it requires reading contracts, modifying contracts, developing 3-year plans to shift spend from one set of vendors to another, soliciting assistance from Corporate Procurement to achieve business objectives ? Demonstrated success in a leadership position to be able to build and present business cases to management in terms of spend options, vendor selection, quality of SOWs requirements ? Demonstrated project management experience ? Role will require extensive write up, both of reports on spend but also on formulating for legal review terms and conditions ? Strong vendor relationship management, business partner relationship management ? Extensive experience working with Legal resources to write up, redline, and finalize contractual terms ? Demonstrated business acumen in assessing risks associated with service contracts: familiarity and working experience in defining terms and conditions Travel:
